Customers with a reservation from Ace should proceed to the shuttle pickup area that is available outside the Domestic and International terminals. Upon arrival, customers should call the Ace office to let them know they are at Brisbane Airport (Freephone +61 180 620 408 or +61 7 3268 4400).

From the Domestic Terminal customers should follow the signs to Skywalk, then to the Bus Zone, which is on the ground level. A short wait at areas C1 and C2, and the Ace shuttle will meet you there. At the International Terminal customers should exit the building by the Coach & Shuttle door and follow the ramp to the main Coach & Shuttle bus area, where their Ace shuttle will meet them.
