ENTERPRISE Car Rental at Brisbane Airport

Enterprise at Brisbane Airport has counters at both the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal. Personal after-hours returns with a staff member are not possible at this location, but there is a drop-box at the International Terminal for Enterprise, where keys and signed documents can be left at the end of the rental contract. Every day of the week the Enterprise counters are open from 5.00 am to 11.00 pm. At the Domestic Terminal staff can be contacted on +61 7 3860 6274, at the International Terminal on tel. +61 7 3860 5766. At the International Terminal car rental desks are located on Level 2. At the Domestic Terminal they are located at the Qantas and Virgin end of the building. The area is signposted from the baggage reclaim carousels in Arrivals.

The Car Rental Returns area is the same as the Pickup area at Brisbane Airport and clearly signposted from the approach road onwards. It is the parking area opposite the terminals.

The minimum age for renters to obtain a vehicle from Enterprise Rent A Car Brisbane Airport is 21. Renters aged 21 to 24 are restricted in their choice of vehicle, but renters aged 25 and over can rent from any category. Underage renters are subject to a small daily surcharge (AU$ 15.00 per day in 2019). There is no maximum age limit. Underage drivers can only rent from categories Mini, Economy, Compact, Compact SUV, Commercial Van, Intermediate and Standard.

All renters must have held their driving license for at least a full 12 month period prior to the start of the rental contract.

Additional drivers are already included in the base rate, as are unlimited miles, all local taxes and airport fees. Optional extras include GPS navigation systems. The Enterprise Rent A Car fleet in Queensland includes the Compact SUV Mitsubishi ASX, the Economy vehicles Kia Rio, the Midsize Hyundai Accent, the Full-size Toyota Camry and Standard size Kia Cerato.

Credit card payments for the rental period and vehicle deposits are accepted for all rentals. Credit cards must be in the same name as the renter's ID card or passport. Credit cards may be subject to credit card fees, generally about 1.29% per transaction, an amount added to the overall rate payable for the duration of the contract.
