ALPHA Car Rental at Brisbane Airport

Upon your arrival at Brisbane Airport (BNE), please remember to collect your entire luggage from the baggage claim area before proceeding to leave the terminal. Alpha Car Hire is located off airport and you are asked to call the number listed below upon touch down to arrange for collection. Once you have exited the terminal, turn left and follow the signs for “Pre-booked Group Transport” down the ramp and wait at bus stand 3 in the “Group Transport” area. Your flight number is mandatory for the free shuttle.

Helpful information when renting an Alpha vehicle at Brisbane Airport

The minimum age to rent an Alpha vehicle is 21 and all drivers under the age of 25 are subject to an additional daily surcharge for your young drivers.

All drivers are required to provide a full and valid driver’s license. International driver’s licenses are honoured for up to three months rental. An International Driving Permit is required for periods longer than that.

Additional drivers can be added to the rental agreement provided that they meet the requirements and are present at the time of collection.

International drivers are required to provide their valid passport in addition to their driver’s license.

Returning your rented Alpha vehicle at Brisbane Airport

You are kindly asked to return the rental car to 5118 Nudgee Rd, Hendra QLD 4011 and a courtesy shuttle will transfer you back to the airport.

Make sure to retrieve your belongings from the rented vehicle before returning it.
