BUDGET Car Rental at Brisbane Airport

Brisbane Airport's Budget rental station is open from 5.00 am to midnight every day of the week. At the International Terminal, Budget is located at the Arrivals Hall on Level 2. At the Domestic Terminal the Budget desk is situated on the ground floor, just across from Baggage Claim inside Brisbane Airport.

Budget cars can be picked up from the parking bays opposite the terminals. The Returns area is the same as the Pickup area, P1 car park. At the end of a rental period, if renters are returning their vehicle after hours, customers should sign the contract documents and drop this together with the keys into the drop-box provided in the Returns area or at the rental counter inside the terminals.

The base rate from Budget includes unlimited kilometers. It's possible to earn Frequent Traveler Points/Miles with each rental by joining the Budget scheme. Budget's Partner Rewards Program includes American Airlines and Air France, Qantas Airlines, Air New Zealand, Choice Hotels, Emirates and the Radisson Network, all of whom accept the miles/points collected via Budget car rental.

If paying by credit card for the rental, customers should note that a 1.29% fee applies to all credit card payments. This already includes GST/Value Added Tax. Optional extras available at the time of booking include Excess Reduction, Additional Drivers, GPS navigation, Roadside Assistance Cover, child safety and booster seats.

The Budget Brisbane Airport fleet includes vehicles like the Suzuki Swift (Group B), Toyota Corolla Sports Hatch (Intermediate Group) and Nissan X-Trail (Group K).

Another Budget rental counter can be found in Hamilton, North Brisbane at 12b Curtin Avenue, Metro. This office is open from Mondays to Fridays from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm, on Saturdays from 7.00 am to 5.30 pm, and on Sundays from 7.30 am to 5.30 pm (tel +61 7 3633 5333).
